Lemon Grove is has a fantastic rooftop bar and also an elegant inside restaurant at The Aster in Hollywood, offering stunning views, a laid-back yet sophisticated ambiance, and a great happy hour. The menu features fresh, seasonal dishes with Mediterranean influences, complemented by creative cocktails. Service is friendly and attentive, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening with great food, drinks, and city views.
Awesome rooftop views, beautiful atmosphere, top-notch food and excellent service. Every menu item we ordered was delicious but my favorite which surprised me was the Hollywood Bowl Salad. I was blown away by how good this was, considering I'm not a huge fan of salads in general. The only issue I had which I'm sure was an accident was when we received the bill, it was around 90 prior to tip and after we handed off payment and it was done electronically via the server, on later review, we had some type of cake added to the bill. We never ordered nor ate any dessert and this bumped our total up another 12 or so dollars. Again, likely an accident I imagine. Otherwise, great experience!
Upscale and elegant restaurant on the rooftop of The Aster hotel. They have indoor and outdoor seating (with heaters). Loved the ambiance and decor. Food was delicious too and reasonably priced. It is next to Pantages theatre, if you want to dine before/after a show. Plenty of parking structures/lots in the area. The entrance is on Vine st, take an elevator to the 6th floor.
Good Happy hour Had a drink and dinner at the bar. Great service from all the bartenders. The moonlight drive was delicious, carajillo equivalent with a little extra. Lemon pasta worth it if you enjoy lemon and garlic refreshing flavors. The one duck taco was enough of an appetizer and very tender and flavorful.
I was alone so I sat at the bar and the very kind bartender Jose was attentive and helped me decide what to order! I ordered the meatballs off the "starters " menu and they were AMAZING! Paired with a glass of chardonnay, and the very nice surroundings made for a perfect solo evening!
Food all had a different take on something traditional. In a good way! It elevated it! Cooked to perfection! We had the hummus n pita. The noodles “ with curry”. The fresh sourdough with butter. Service needs a tad more experience. ( hostess deleted reservation. Waitress missed 1 item we ordered) The place was clean. Restroom was clean. DJ PLAYED great music. The view was perfect. Eating outdoors in a congested area was greatly needed . What we ordered made my tastebuds happy!
Best rooftop in LA. They also have a bar where you get the best views of a rooftop in Hollywood!! It’s a hidden gem. Views, drinks food everything was amazing! I’d definitely come back
Lemon Grove showcases Chef Vigneron’s. We had a great evening under the beautiful starts of Hollywood. This rooftop restaurant boasts vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. There is a live DJ playing lively music. There are three sections to this restaurant which sits rooftop of the Aster hotel. There is the dining section and a private area for large groups. The Bar area and lounge area. There are great views throughout the restaurant of the Hollywood sign, Hollywood hills, and Capitol tower records. This is a relaxing, trendy restaurant. Our food came hot and fast! Super tasty! Our server was really awesome (sorry I forgot her name). She checked on our table often to ensure we had what we needed. After dinner we moved over to the lounge area and enjoyed the lounge area with fireplace and a beautiful sunset view. The cocktails are delicious and not watered down.
